I got 20-25 pounds to drop before I get back to serious bike riding.
I'm down to 226 from 245, 5 months ago.
About a pound a week.
But it's easier to jog on the he treadmill so I might loose the next 20 in 4 months for july-aug and I'm hoping 195-190 by September in which is NYC best month to visit minus 2001
I need a break from the Bay and Cali. Hitting Vegas on the way back. Also our buildings gym open up after 2 years..
