My dick tingled for two days

   Earlier this week, my dick head started tingling.
   
   I first noticed it at work as I kept thinking my phone was vibrating in my pocket like a notification. I would check it and I wouldn’t have any notifications, so I chalked it up to phantom phone.
   
   I went and took a shit and noticed then that my dick head was tingling. It wasn’t like if your arm falls asleep and tingles as it wakes up. It was like a little electric pulse that would tingle for a moment, stop for a moment, then tingle for a moment again.
   
   It was pulsing non-stop for like two days. It was distracting and didn’t even feel good. Hard to fall asleep too. I started to get worried, so I googled the symptoms. I ruled out everything but I was worried I was getting a kidney stone. That never happened and I can still piss just fine, so I don’t know.
   
   It all the sudden stopped. I have no idea what caused my dick to tingle. I may never know.
