It's probably from your Covid shot.

Ask Spuculum for further deeply-investigated and thoughtful scientific evidence and then follow his advice to put a tinfoil hat on it.

I have had itchy knob head before. Never felt like vibrations though.

Could be just a random fungal thing or perhaps a chalmydia infection that didn't take hold. Could be some random HPV thing as well. Best thing is probably not to worry about it.

    Could be pinworms.

I only had itchy knob head around the time I'd had sex with some girl though.

    Yeah, definitely something sexual.

Was it actually vibrations, or just itchiness?

Most cities have free STD clinics to attend to blacks.

Wash that nob before you nap….as me old mum used to say.

Yeah, most stds are just some fungal bullshit, and you should definitely wash your knob. But it doesn't always help.

For instance I fucked some hooker in Nairobi and my unit was itchy for about a month after.

Recently enough I fucked some Hungarian hooker raw by accident (I said oral without condom, and next thing she expected me to raw dog her). I got something from her, but I took some doxycycline I had lying around from non-prescription sales in eastern Europe, and that fixed it.

No itchiness, no pain, no visible changes or discharge or anything. It literally felt like a phone was weakly vibrating but nothing was actually vibrating. And it had consistently timed pulses, on for a second and then off for a few seconds. Weirdest sensation I’ve ever experienced down under.
