I still haven't found anything I could even remotely have a chance at being approved for.
Chell went and looked at one today and already put down a deposit on.
Meanwhile I haven't even been able to get ahold of my Landlady to make sure I can stay where I am at.
This shit is going to be expensive on me and my hours at work are not what they were a few weeks ago.
I just need approved now in case I need a better paying job soon.
Shit will be tight while I figure this all out.
And I also have to contact the utility companies and make sure I can have everything in my name.

I just talked to the Landlady and paid her the $5 I shorted her on last months rent and went ahead and paid next months too.
She said she got receive my proof of income and that I can in fact renew my lease with just my name on it.
The only shit part is how entirely too expensive it is for my needs and that I already have been here and entire year anyways and am beyond bored with this dump of a town.
At least I'm not homeless.
Now I just have to get the internet in my name which might be a problem and I have to get renter's insurance in my name.

Fuck renters insurance. I mean its probably a smart idea to have it but meh. I don't care.

Good luck when you make a claim...unless you have photos of everything you own or receipts they'll not pay you what you are owed. That collection of rare porcelain clowns you have? ....you'll get $10 for the lot unless you have them separately appraised and covered.

My currently Landlady sent me a text asking me to bring back my lease renewal form.
Looks like my time to find a new place and save money has slipped through my fingers.
Now I am stranded here and since Michelle emptied the place out it is much bigger and more open.
Everything seems extra loud in here now.

I ended up just renewing my current lease.
