yeah 9 round mag is a bit of a silly idea to combine with full auto
and I meant full auto would only be useful if targets were in a confined space because you don't need to do much aiming and could rely on penetration to tag more than one at once (again, depending on the bullet I guess) -

no, people switch to full auto mode when they want to do the fire mode selection with their own finger.
a trainned gunmam can fire a single shot, bursts of 3, 4, 5, or 8 rounds or full pray and spray without the need of a little switch. -
