Begun doing push ups, pull ups, sit ups, and squats daily. About 5 sets of each. Then I walk for 20 minutes, sometimes I do short sprints.
I'm at 175lb, trying to get toned. might upload a picture, probably won't.
Tryin to do it everyday, or at least every other day, takes disciplin I am working on. Will update.

im 5 foot 11 or 10.5 from just over 6 feet because i have a herniated l4-l5 region and like an according, i shrunk.
the most I weighted was 260 but I used to bench well over my weight
now im 238 and losing more and more. but I let myself go. I need to go back and spend 2 hours a day 4-5 days a week in the gym. at least starting. maybe n extra hour a day out of the week. I started lifting some weights and doing a few pushups and my muscled ahced for hours its a shitty kind of lingering ache too. like annoying.
also 1/4th of 2021 is just about up. Where does the time goooooo?

Weights up 5-7 pounds but I've increased my incline bench up to 250# w/ 5 reps so it's gains not waste.

175lb, I have been reducing food greatly to about 1000-1400 calories a day, mostly taken as one meal at night
Having reduced alcohol for the better part of four months (I go on weekly binges that see spikes of 2500-6,000 calories ingested a day in malt liquor, vodka, and sodas/juices) I still am going on those binges about one every six weeks. About four days ago I just finished the last one, and immediately resumed my work out schedule. TOday I am walking 5 miles, doing 12 sets of push ups, pull ups and squats. Tomorrow (Because it is raining today heavily and I am still doing exercises despite my joints hurting) I will be consuming 5mg prendisone synthetic corticosteroid (maybe 10mg) and doing my 45 minute vinyasa yoga flows.
I did walk twice while i was drinking a lot last week, which is more than I normally do.
I am getting a ymca membership this week now that they have lifted the Covid Mask requirement in my state and I am pretending to be vaxxed.
