It's healthy to basically ha e a couple of ice cream scoops of rice and no more. The amount of calories in cooked rice is pretty retarded.

rice requires plenty of planing and thinking to reproduce in quantities that will sastify a sizable population.
maybe ferral quinoas grow on their own before being gathered by spics but not rice, has not for millenias.
