His fentanyl levels are not that high and probably weren't a factor. Check these studies that have waaaay higher concentrations in even prescribed amounts.

I didn't read the whole report but I don't see anything about him swallowing a bag either.

so a significant number of people died with a blood concentration of just over 11ug/L which is around where he was anyway. True many of those look like they were the result of combined effects with other opioids but this guy was on meth as well so I dunno -

Yeah I did. My other link fucking broke though and I am not finding it again. Or maybe I fucked it up to begin with. There were concentrations of like 75ug/L where people were fine. I just slammed some vodka though and I don't give a shit to find it right now.
I'm like 95% sure he was an opioid addict anyway so these concentrations don't really mean much without knowing his tolerance, which is why I said it was low. Also there was morphine in his system but from quick googling it seems very much like the fentanyl, which is to say- would likely be pretty BAD for an opioid naive user, but probably nothing for an addict. I figure if he swallowed a bag it would be much much higher than essentially the entry level overdose levels. -

Nah most of the stuff i got at the end was all fent or fent/cut. I know because i drug tested myself constantly and in 6 months of usage, never popped for morphine metabolites. They are dressed in cop uniforms and are wearing bullet proof vests. That doesn't happen in any situation, except a false flag operation.
