   I still maintain you should take antibiotics for that shit. I promise you that whole area will fill with pus once it scabs and it's going to be disgusting. SpectraL was right about the risk of infection being higher once it closes. It provides a nice moist environment. Right now it's getting a lot of air which is good, but you might want to keep it in a thin layer of gauze or something so nothing flies in. That's what the doctor told me to do when I had a hole in my leg.

You must have had some sorts of injuries to most of your arms and legs at some point during your lifetime? Who the fuck doesn't?
