You have to get stitches for a hole that big. It won't heal across that large of a gap. It will just fester.

I still maintain you should take antibiotics for that shit. I promise you that whole area will fill with pus once it scabs and it's going to be disgusting. SpectraL was right about the risk of infection being higher once it closes. It provides a nice moist environment. Right now it's getting a lot of air which is good, but you might want to keep it in a thin layer of gauze or something so nothing flies in. That's what the doctor told me to do when I had a hole in my leg.

You were talking the other day about having fighted dudes every day, was that at school you meant or at some time during your life? If that were true you would have many scars from fighting, just like any fighter does. By your own logic you would now have no arms or legs.
