Have you ever read any Thomas Friedman? Hes a jedi but his books are a guilty pleasure of mine. From Beirut to (some other middle eastern city I forget) is a GREAT book that predicted pretty much everything that happened after despite being written around 1990. It even predicted rhe rise of Bibi while he was just the US ambassador at the time and predicted the Syrian war to a T. He makes a lot of Israeli apologies but thats to be expected. I bet you know some weird secret about him

I've never actually looked into this. So you can only eat when it's dark out?
For some reason I thought it was more extreme than that. I thought it meant like only water for a certain number of days. Or water and some lame starch or something.
I stuff my face every night and dont eat until I get home from work the next night. Perhaps I am a mooslim.

Sunrise to sunset you cannot eat or drink. When the sun emerges over the eastern horizon, you refrain from eating, until it is completely obscured by the western horizon, at which point you may break your fast.
I do intermittent fasting anyway so it also works for me.

Generally people do suhr before fajr adhan, or just load up the night before. The key is to just load up on protein and fat that will fuck your shit up all next day.
