I swear to god im wearing my hazmat and respirator and coughing a bunch this week to make customers as uncomfortable as i am at having to deal wih them. No paper towels, no hand sanitizer. No masks. No asking sick people to leave. No mandated distance away from the counter. The pharmacy and pizza place had the good sense to put up the security gates and only take orders at the entryway, but im stuck dealing with a bunch of sickpeople and dudes from china dropshipping 14 crates of masks and gloves…..In boxes that obviously just arrived from china.
fml. i fucking hate this shit. Anyone that youre paying $13/hr is not fucking “essential” fuck you.
Dude you get $13/hr? I know a handful of people who work for them and they make damn near 100k/year...In TX thats a very good fucking wage I can't comprehend making $13/hr in California (assuming you still live there). -

The Lebanese I hang with actually want Lebanon to burn because 90% of their families are over here and they want to buy land dirt cheap to retire. Same with Syria. Have you ever read any Thomas Friedman? Hes a jedi but his books are a guilty pleasure of mine. From Beirut to (some other middle eastern city I forget) is a GREAT book that predicted pretty much everything that happened after despite being written around 1990. It even predicted rhe rise of Bibi while he was just the US ambassador at the time and predicted the Syrian war to a T. He makes a lot of Israeli apologies but thats to be expected. I bet you know some weird secret about him -
