One regulation everyone has to abide by though is that kids that are highschool age are only allowed to work 5 to 6 hours a day and not a full week. This means all the grocery stores here want to hire highschool kids. It's cheaper, and the kids make more than when they take a paper route or whatever the fuck. Everyone benefits. And the kids even have time left to do duster if they really want to
No, it doesn't work and I'm not going to waste time bothering with your retardation. You have a very sheltered view of the world. -

Yes it does work, come shop in Holland, all the grocery stores are staffed by high school age kids, and a couple of older people in management jobs. -

2020-04-11 at 6:48 PM UTCMaybe it doesn't work in America because American culture is inferior. We're one of the richest countries in all of Europe. What's your national debt to GDP ratio nigga?

It's like 1:1 and it helps maintain the world's largest economy with the world's largest military force.
The only reason your country hasn't been crushed by us yet is because you've been smart enough to stay stoned and out of our way. Fuck with us and we will usurp your precious little country. Europe isn't even a real continent, it's just a political boundary that sits on the granitic plate of Eurasia. You're basically Indian lmaooo -

That's a lot of words to deflect from the fact you are collectively poor as fuck. 105% Is the figure i read, God damn. If Murica were to put the entire GDP of the world's largest economy and military force into paying off the national debt you'd still be in the hole for 5%. Lmaooooo -

Okay but managers here still live below the poverty line unless they work like 60h a week.
Meanwhile you have these giant corps like Costco and Aldi who actually are able to pay their employees a halfway decent wage. Why can't the other companies?
And do you just not give a fuck about any highschoolers or college kids who don't have family to support them? Fuck them, they can make below the liveable wage too? You forget we don't have the social systems your country does. You lose your foodstamps for being on federal aid for school here. So choose. School, or food? Work and live, or go to school and maybe be homeless? There's really no shortage of homeless students here. Like Diet Piano. He worked and went to school yet was still unable to afford a place to live. -

You have never taken a macro economics class I'm assuming? Debt is essential. Amazon literally operates at a loss every year because they dump everything into expanding their business. This is exactly what the US does, and why the US military is the biggest in the world. We'll never have to 'pay it off' it'll just keep cycling around and around.
There's a reason your country has such a tiny economy. We have states with more money than your entire culture. -

Why wouldn't they have a family to support them? Could it possibly be because of the fact they're being raised by single mothers? Didn't they(The mothers) choose to have a child with an unreliable man? Sure it's shitty for the kids in that situation but it's really their mom's fault.
If your parents get struck by lightning and die then sure there should be a support system but the focus should be on preventing this situation in the first place. -

Keynesian economics is cancer and that's all i'll say about that. Also do you really have money if you owe more than the sum total of it to the federal reserve? I'd argue, no, not really. -

It's funny that you think it's single mothers.
No. Americans have a culture of kicking their kids out. We Mexicans don't do it but Americans do, and that's why you see so many people like Bill Krozby and dietpiano who move out at 18 despite having a shit job and no education. I mean I could probably move out but it eat most of my money and I'd rather save it for something better than giving it to a landlord.
And even if you do have a family to support you, you're going to be paying those student loans for quite a while. God help you if you're like Diet Piano and end up with a fuckton of medical bills. You know Bill Krozby doesn't sell his bodily fluids for fun, right? He sells it because he is poor and barely scraping by. It's his fault, but the only real argument against people like him getting a liveable wage is that you want the corporations to make even more money.
Also what does it even matter if they have a single parent? Who cares if it's the mom's fault? You shouldn't be fucked from birth because your parents are shitty. We can do better as a society than this capitalist survival of the fittest shit. -

I doubt it, but if it's true: Inferior American culture.

No nigger, there is something deeply flawed in the way America does things humongous corporations are a symptom not a cause.

I did say it sucks for the kids in this situation. But it's not capitalism's fault. -

This is why they don't put you in charge of money. Having continual debt only means you have MORE money. As long as you can keep paying it off in increments, it isn't an issue. For normal citizens it means that they'll tear up your estate when you die. For the Government it doesn't mean anything. There is literally no downside. Nobody is ever going to make America 'pay it back'. -
