2017-02-13 at 5:31 AM UTCon topic, I upgraded to an Xperia X Performance recently after smashing the screen on my previous phone. I'm pretty happy with it, but generally wouldn't recommend buying a current model; there's been very little added to new phones (hardware-wise) in the last 2-3 years or so - mostly just gimmicks, faster processors and higher resolution screens in the 'flagship' models

I wish they just made an Xperia Z compact series phone that is available in the US, has all the US bands and isn't only available on some faggot network I get no coverage on. -

Actually, Straight Talk is kind of a slut. They use both CDMA and GSM networks, so basically they'll let any phone hit it.
I've got Cricket service which has been an AT&T MVNO for a few years now. I pay $60 for 20GBs which might as well be unlimited since it's not a group plan. Got in there on that promo. They'll probably never offer it again, lol. -

I hate trying to read and play games on the train, this will be great for blocking the rest of the world out since it's portable. Should be acceptable for games that don't really need that high of a resolution. I've never played Minecraft before, so I'll definitely try it out. -
