we have adequate grounds to declare the NICS background check to be unconstitutional, because in the even that the government is unable to maintain their fucking servers, it prevents people from getting guns. if they want to maintain it and let FFL's (also unconstitutional, you don't need a license to sell guns or machineguns) access it, that's fine, but if it goes down, the FFL has to be able to hand out guns for cash with nothing but a receipt to show for it.
to add to that, i recently got a 'delay' on my NICS inquiry, when it's always been 3-10 minutes to a 'proceed' in the past. you can't 'delay' a right, either. it made me wonder if they had blacklisted me because i finally said something about killing niggers one too many times on the internet. which i have a right to do.
