You and william bill Bill Krozbyby have inspired me. I am going to start looking for jobs in the plastics moulding industry immediately. Plastics moulding machine operating isn't ready for me! I work fast and I play hard.
We should all get good jobs at plastics companies and once a year we all take our vacation at the same time and meet up in Las Vegas for the annual plastic workers convention where we go to industrial avenue behind freemont and buy some weed from the illegal dispensary there and hook up with my homeless friend John who can score us some crack
Just remember the secret underground catch phrase to score drugs in Vegas, "I'm dead broke and I have to take a shit"
Then we can put our money together and start our own plastics moulding company. I got an uncle that owns his own CNC business since like 2007 before anyone else was doing it and he taught me how to use autoCAD and Rhindo3D software.

Last place I worked we had MSDS on everything, from individual toners in the printer to shredder oil. The HR manager wouldn't allow us to even have bleach in the bathrooms, as it was a safety hazard. The toilets were stinky too!

Ask to see the material safety data sheets for everything you touch at work.
Sign up for safty guy if you get the chance, they send you on CPR classes and shit so it's a break/time off actual work (and sometimes they provide lunch too), you'll probably meet/interact with a few slampigs at the classes as well.

This is a good idea - stuff like being involved with first aid or evacuation or management initiatives looks great on a CV as well.

where i work they have some of the most toxic chemicals that exist in human technology. (isocyanates for one…10%-plus sodium hypochlorite…high concentrations of assorted acids…14-pH alkaline powders…)
before anyone is allowed to use the high-end toxo-shits they have to go through a course, pass a test, demonstrate they know how to wear the proper PPE while using it, and demonstrate they know what to do if theres an oopsie.
fast forward to after theyre certified: literally not a single person wears their issued respirator, specialty repellent gloves, or goggles.
Is that because they'd be too sweaty working under all that safety kit? I've had to take off a facemask before in an environment filled with PVC dust due to not being able to stand the heat. I wouldn't do it nowadays though.
