My oldest sister was really big into musical theater and I started at the theater she started at called ETA theater…
I used to love when we went on a field trip to ETA and my sister would be in the play
She’d come to the audience and hug me and everyone would be like how do you know her ?!

I have spent at least 500 hours in therapy, probably more, and the only thing I have gotten from it is to do box breathing. I have been marked as treatment resistant to 6 or 7 medications over the past decade, but the psych just won't stop prescribing me pills that don't work.
Something you should think about is why antidepressant medications have warning labels that taking them could lead to suicide.
Spoiler alert: they're knowingly giving people drugs that suppress normal thought processes and enhance pathological thought processes.
Something else to think about: 100% of mass shooters have been prescribed some type of neurological manipulative pharmaceutical...by actual government trained and supported drug dealers...who's effects have not been published or disclosed.
