The Constitution of the United States was then dissolved and a new Constitution of The Corporation was erected in its place (by changing a single word). Every since 1871, the original constitution has not legally been in effect, and the new constitution is regulated, enforced and controlled by The Corporation.

They actually did that in Canada back in the 1800's. If you were deformed, retarded or defected, either physically or mentally or both, Canada had a law that allowed the institutions to legally "sterilize" the individuals, for the betterment of society as a whole. And "sterilization" didn't mean just preventing offspring. It meant deliberately fatal injections, and other means to hasten their exit from the world. These persons were labelled "idiots" before their legal extermination.
