People eat a lot utter shit and clog up all their arteries and veins. All that grease and grime collects over time in the circulatory system, then all of a sudden, bang, they're on the floor, either permanently paralyzed or dead. Especially when they just sit there day after day and never exercise or do anything. Always best to eat a bare minimum amount of the garbage out there and at least have one hobby to keep your system working properly.
And if you're locked in alone, they have to get the spare key, and that takes a lot of time to get in.
For armed robbery, most people get 15-20 years, even if it's a first offense.
Read about this guy the other day who lived alone and he had a heart attack and barely made it to the phone, had to crawl on his hands and knees, called 911, but by the time they got there he was already dead. Came as a real shocker to the family and neighbors.

When you boil it right down to its most basic element, what you have left is the person is selfish and only wants things their way, and isn't all that interested in what others want.
Most college and university campuses have great exercise equipment. You don't need to be a student to sign up and use the facilities.
