  1. Originally posted by stl1 Could you please have our residing Constitutional scholar, Weasel, point out to us where there is any mention in the Constitution of the ability to overturn the Electoral College votes?

Thank you. I'll eagerly await this disclosure…but I ain't gonna hold my breath!

The Constitution clearly states that the certification of electoral votes is solely the power of the legislature. They can certify and decertify at their whim.

All we have to do is learn the power we the people have over our elected trustees/servants .
we the people have ALL political power and we have a duty to police our servants to make sure they are not going against the 51 constitutions and correct or remove them at will just for the danger of maladministration, we do not have to prove fraud just the danger of a person being against the people is enough to remove them from position. these are facts, no right is given that is not demanded by the people.

negligence of the law is no excuse, that means if you do not know exactly what it says in the 51 constitutions you do not know what rights and powers you have nor do you know the limitations the constitutions put on governments to keep them from over reaching

Problem is, we're not in Kansas anymore. Laws don't mean anything, in a practical sense. The Constitution doesn't mean anything, in a practical sense. The concepts of right and wrong, just and unjust, good or bad, no longer apply. They could apply, but only with a backing authority to lend them practical application. You've heard the term "might makes right"? That's because no war down through all of human history was ever won through peace.

  5. We the People don't even vote. Another group votes for them. That's how corrupt the system really is. You live in a country where the vote of the citizen doesn't even reach the ballot box. Similar to a third-world banana republic.

The next session does not begin until 29NOV21

They are not hearing any arguments on 25NOV21.

I know that already. But they will be in session on Nov 25th regardless. Watch and see.

  12. As soon as the ruling comes out, the process to reverse the electoral count commences. Nothing can stop it.

and shouldnt the freedom to bear arms your first A instead of second A.

That's actually very true. The Constitution clearly and specifically states that ANY law created which opposes the Constitution, as the highest law and ultimate authority of the constitutional republic, are considered null and void and should not be recognized or obeyed. And the Second Amendment clearly states the Amendment shall not be infringed. Placing regulations, rules and mandates on a right you already possess is an infringement on the Constitutional Amendment, regardless of what lawmakers and law judges surmise or demand.
