Did you know a heavy glass ash tray is deadly weapon?
That's right faggot I don't need a gun. Everywhere you go you are surrounded by deadly weapons. If you find yourself in a fight you cannot avoid you are an idiot if you don't use them.
Just for the record u have never even brandished a firearm to deter a potential threat. If I ever have to draw my sidearm, and I pray I don't, there will be no words spoken.

Well now that you ran your mouth off, if there is an 8th time the investigative D.A. or judge will pull this up and not go so easily on you next time. -

No convictions and a clean record. Every time the charges were either dropped due to self defense or the prosecutor settled for a misdemeanor assault charge. It only costs about 750 bucks to get misdameanors expunged. You see I'm am an upstanding citizens in the eyes of the law.
I also hold Federal Fireamrs License. Yes, that's right I can buy, sell, and transfer firearms and runs NICS checks on potential buyers.
As a Type 1 FFL holder I have also recently submitted my application to become a class 3 SOT. That means for $500 per year I will be able to purchase firearms normally forbiden under the National Firearms Act. You know things like fully automatic weapons and grenade launchers. -

Write who ever the fuck you want you thick twit. They are not loopholes they are laws. If you knew shit you would know that just to buy a gun you have to clear the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). That is just to buy a gun. As an FFL holder I hade to pass a much more stringent check with tougher requirements than just owning a firearm. So rub along and buy a whole case of stamps and write and mail until your fingers bleed. I will never know it one way or the other.
Here I'll even make it easy for ya...

Who the fuck is Tom. If you are talking about me I'm not Tom. The FFL is home based. I only sell to friends and family and never for a profit. I only markup enough to cover any costs associated with shipping and mandatory NICS checks. I hate anyone going after any "god given" rights defined and recognized by the US Constitution. That's why I became a US Soldier at 17. I have believed in that documents worth since I was about 8 years old. I had a framed full sized replica hanging in my room from age 5. It has nothing to do with money and everything to do with freedoms and protecting them from tyranny. -

You don't dumbass and the order they are listed in has no bearing on importance. No right is more important than another. Even though the second was put there to protect all the others. -

That's actually very true. The Constitution clearly and specifically states that ANY law created which opposes the Constitution, as the highest law and ultimate authority of the constitutional republic, are considered null and void and should not be recognized or obeyed. And the Second Amendment clearly states the Amendment shall not be infringed. Placing regulations, rules and mandates on a right you already possess is an infringement on the Constitutional Amendment, regardless of what lawmakers and law judges surmise or demand. -
