- Smoking cigarettes - I used to smoke 15 a day for about 2 years. Was a lot easier to kick when I started doing interval sprints that make you feel like you're suffocating and when I temporarily quit drinking. Now I only smoke maybe 3 cigarettes every week or two (only when I drink).
- Sugar - I brainwashed myself into visually morphing those delicious cakes/ice creams/cookies into literal shit and diarrhea, because that's exactly what I would get after eating that stuff.
- Masturbating/watching porn - this was the hardest thing to quit because I've been masturbating and watching 56k AOL dialup porn since I was 11. After quitting, all of my fucked up porn-induced fetishes (gangbangs, etc) disappeared and now I get rock solid smelling a girl's BO or seeing the little hairs on her forearm.
Things I haven't kicked - weed. It's not even an addiction at this point, it's a legit dependency. Can't sleep without it :(

the fact that they are coming up to you and spouting off bullshit about how people are talkin about you but then wont say what because they don't want to stir up drama means they are just idiots trying to stir up drama. I wouldn't really worry about it to much not everyones going to like you.
whenever I start new jobs, I'm always shy around a group of new people but I still try to put my best foot forward but at the same time I know I still do come across as cautious/awkward but thats perfectly normal and then I open up and i get used to everyone and they get used to me.
I use to work a cool job downtown where that was the case at first and it was super uncomfortable. A few months into the job I felt a lot more at ease and chill and more social with my co-workers, but this one dude and I who I actually consider to be a good friend now would get into arguements with me, pretty heated ones but we'd make up.
But one day he got so butt hurt he yelled at me "yeaah and nobody likes you here!" as if it was going to hurt my feels, maybe when i was younger and more insecure it would have but I basically laughed in his face (oooh nobody likes me!hahaha, im not here for anyone but myself you loser) and he dropped the bullshit.
And I can imagine when i first working there peeps probably were like "yeaah that Bill Krozby guy he's kinda weird" i can completely see that.. But I wasnt like that anymore and had friends there, and so what everyone talked shit about everyone behind their back to an extent so it wasn't anything to trip about.
Even when i met my gf's family during xmas, everyone was really nice to me, and her uncle was as well, but he definitely came at me cheaply a couple times to size me up and see how I react but who cares? It's not worth getting butt hurt about and proving that im insecure by taking it defensively.
I just blew him off because I don't have to prove myself or pander to his bs. I'd already proven to her family and my gf i was chill so who cares, he also cut that bs out real soon.
I personally try to make "outsiders" feel welcome because I know what it feels like and I don't feel the need to get a leg up on people I don't know to feel better about myself.
Or who knows you might just be a victim of good old gang.stalking in the work place. Either way you'll be fine. That chick that came up to you is a bimbo and as long as you haven't done anything to her that makes you seem like "bad news" or some shit like that you'll be fine.
I try to be cool with people but to an extent being a total people please all the time is a good way to self-cuck yourself. So dont mug yourself big bro.
