   I have been taking Ashwaghanda for almost two weeks now and I think that shit actually works. I'm usually skeptical at best with most homeopathic options like that, especially when they're all over Amazon and stuff, but there's definitely a significant difference in how I'm processing stress and anxiety now compared to before I started taking it.

    I absolutely love either crying in public or crying silently in the back seat of a car when someone is driving and has no idea. I can carry on a whole conversation and no one hears me sniffle or gasp.
    
    One time I was crying in front of Whole Foods over a stupid six foot five boy and this lady came up to me really concerned but she left me alone when I said it was guy troubles. And she just kind of gave me a shoulder squeeze before she left.

    We took a walk in the woods and I had the most beautiful moment of my life. A teeny tiny bee real or imagined I will never know flew right past me and for a moment time stood still and I could see it suspended in the air wings barely moving and in my head I heard a snapshot like camera noise and everything was so clear and then time came rushing back and it flew away and suddenly I was way behind my friends I'm the forest so I started running to catch up and that was one of the most terrifying moments of the trip, running in the forest afraid I was about to fall, because I'm not super coordinated.
