   Just get theanine powder or pills, it takes 600mg for me to feel any sort of relaxation and there's only like 20mg theanine per cup of black tea, plus caffeine and theanine are synergistic so might as well just drink the tea as is

    Xanax, age 12, dad gave me half a pill because I was having a panic attack. It was amazingly calming and made me realize, WOW I have an anxiety disorder.

    For real. I'm done with my little snorting wellbutrin phase and I'm back to taking them regularly. It actually gave me the motivation to walk to a bunch of stores to get job applications.
    
    And the focalin I'm getting filled either tomorrow or the next day and honestly I might not even take them. Idk. I feel clarity but for some reason I'm experiencing fucking gender dysphoria which is like a scrimmy bongo wat wtff type deal

    I've been on wellbutrin like 5 times, first time it was like a schizophrenia simulator, went back to doc and was like ''yo your vcr turn that off its mocking me'', next 3 times uneventful, this time after taking them daily, 150mg xl in morning, chewed, (works better this way), its more extended release than xr hence xl, then snort 75mg, 75mg again, over the course of like 3 hours, and then take a break and chill and vidya or whatever and then 75mg oral at like 4pm

    and no I'km not snorting it to get high, bupropion doesn't significantly inhibit the reuptake of dopamine under normal circumstances, which by normal circumstances I guess means taking it oral, snorting it definitely is more dopaminergic.
