Sometimes I think about how easy it would be to end everything without a second thought. I feel obligated to keep on, my mother just lost her mother and I couldn't leave her alone like that, but I find her inaccessible and prone to lonely sorrow. My father is wrapped up in his bids on real estate. My girlfriend is stressed about work and sex has diminished to the odd occasion where she's too drunk and I feel like I've taken advantage. My sister has moved away like all my friends and I'm stuck in a toxic work environment to which I've dedicated all my energy, but now I'm watching my colleagues quite and the ones remaining turn on my as we seek promotion through leadership. If I could systematically remove all ties, absolve all those close of memories that I had ever existed, I might be able to quietly remove myself and let the world forget that I had been born, and it saddens me that this fantasy was born out of my own hubris.
I can't tell you I haven't thought about that before. I was in an abusive marriage for 5 years.. He wouldn't let me go to church. He ripped up my bible.. he locked me in closets. He threatened to kill me if I left and my family. By the 5th time I had him arrested and the order of protection was lifted.... we got back together... (insanity, right).. I had filed for divorce.. behind his back.. and found out I was pregnant.. with what would be my 3rd daughter. I lived for them. The DAY he dislocated my 2 year old's arm.. by yanking her up.. and came at me.. after having given birth to my 3rd daughter... I left.. It was hard..emotionally to find my own identity again.. but Jesus was always there for me. Now, I have a 10 week old son, too.
In the bible, Jeremiah, felt the same way. He said, "Cursed be the day I was conceived in my mother's womb!" God strengthened him. He went on to do great and mighty things for the kingdom of God. Isa. Most of your prophets were depressed people.. but they lived to hear from heaven. They knew the life they were living, they were not living unto themselves, but unto a greater purpose. God's purpose. Kingdom business.
Try to focus on the good things. The things that make you happy. The things that ease your mind. Your mind is where the battle is. Jesus, thought enough of your life.. enough of you.. to suffer on the cross with you in his thoughts.. saying.. YOU'RE WORTH ALL OF THIS PAIN AND SUFFERING.. because I WANT AN ETERNITY with YOU! We all suffer to some degree. Don't let life make you cold.... guard your heart.. for out of the heart flows the issues of life...

Speaking of God/s, is there anything an omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent God couldn't/can't do? Could such a God destroy Him/Her/Itself and the eternal structure of everything that we currently are able to know and understand as existence, time, and space? Could God, essentially, END ETERNITY?
Or, on a lighter thought, could God beat Him/Her/Itself up, or have a fair fight with a conclusive winner for that matter?
mmQ.. I'd say if God wanted to He would. There are some religious groups that actually believe.. (jedis) that Satan works for God.. because Satan can not do anything apart from God's consent.. and that if we were to follow the theology that there is another power in opposition to God.. then, we are monotheistic.. and there is ONE God.. so that would be.. a sin.
However, according to my beliefs.. I believe that Satan did fall because sin was found in him, as the prophets say. The book of Job was actually written before Genesis.. So when Satan asked God's permission, at that time,.. was before his fall from heaven. I believe we are living in the greatest time in history.. both great and terrible.. darkness will get darker.. light will get brighter.. which you can clearly see bible prophecy being fulfilled when you turn on the news.
EITHER, the bible was written over a course of time by an elite group of people who planned this out from the beginning to the end. Or God forged his heart into man and spoke through them .. showing things that must take place.. and GOD Himself planned the beginning from the end.. or the end from the beginning... God is NOT limited by time..
Now, Jesus.. points to ONE specific prophecy during his ministry on this earth.. Daniel.. chapters 11: and 12: Read it for yourself and search the scriptures..

Just a rag tag team of nuclear holocaust survivors left over from that era, sadly. I used to have a liberal stance on gun control and ownership and just the mere presence of guns in general but I've digressed. I just don't care anymore. I do think that we as a citizen-whole do need them/should have them for any type of revolution that might take place (which I strongly hope happens, not that it will because we're fucking pussies and enjoy comfort over discomfort) but I don't understand the whole 'come on my property I'll shoot you dead' ideology that some many right-wing nuts seem to have. It's like there's no gray area with them; if you come around and do something bad you should be shot and you should be shot dead. It doesn't matter if you were stealing change from a car, you should DIE and if you try to steal change from my car you wILL DIE BECAUSE I WILL PROTECT MY FAMILY blah blah. Then there's the whole thing about justifying cops shooting people who draw a gun on them (which is fine, and makes sense), then the same people say they will use their guns to protect themselves from someone else with a gun pointed at them when in reality if the logic holds true, the bad guy with the gun is going to shoot the good guy with the gun the instant the good guy with the gun attempts to draw his weapon in an attempt to defend himself against the bad guy who already has his gun pointed at him/her, therefore rendering the whole idea behind it worthless. Wouldn't it make more sense to lose some monetary value rather than potentially lose your life? But again, I digress. Have your guns, brehs, I personally have never needed one and can't imagine a scenario where I would NEED A GUN. I don't need to be a hero and I'd rather lose physical possessions than potentially my life.
In the south, we aren't stupid enough to trust a government that controls more than they should as it is. They've even forced their bullshit into almost every states school system with the RTTT bullshit Bush and Obama planned with a 70 billion dollar stimulus for our schools, which came with strings attached in fine print. This violates state rights. Common core state standards...which teaches...communism, Marxism and socialism . How many times can history be rewritten? Yea..we will keep our guns. -

You know whats unreasonable (and by unreasonable I mean what will probably get you shot)? Going about it any other way than complete compliance with the officer. I'm not saying the officer acted reasonably but you are a high strung moron if you think that any other course of action that is not "Yes officer, no officer" is going to get you far. The thing about the system of law in this country is that, the police dont decide who is guilty. You may get taken into custody but in reality that isnt even a big deal. Any smart human being will allow themselves to be taken into custody, talk to their lawyer, and sue the shit out of the department when it comes back that there was no warrant and that the officer partook in unlawful action.
Only a moron is going to go "OH LOOK! THIS COP IS FUCKING MY SHIT UP AND ATTEMPTING TO SUBDUE ME! I BETTER GRAB AT HIS WEAPONS! THAT WILL SETTLE THE SITUATION."
That's the shit that shouldn't be..period. we have constitutional rights, yet still. Wish a mother f'er would.
