No. We have all thought this lie in our time. Some of us have even believed it, done things, and therefore been happy. But therein lies the rub - it's belief. You don't need to do things to have a happier, better life unless you believe the lie that you must do things to have a happier, better life.

Haven't noticed any positive changes really and if anything I think it's all a jedi conspiracy to trick people into getting hooked on meds. My thyroid was probably fine but I started taking levothyroxine and now my body relies on levothyroxine instead of producing its own thyroid juices and some pharmaceutical company is making bank off this meaningless addiction. smh
