It brings up multiple Issues but it's in the past.
He left my mom when I was 1 years old but I got to know him at around age 17 over the phone. then had a chance to see him in the midwest where he was living with his new wife but he didn't show up when we stopped off in his town to meet us at a cafe because he was too sick. I thought it was just an excuse and we drove off and then he up and died a few months later.
