The point here is a land owner SHOULD be able to do and grow what he wants on his own land and use any resources on it as he sees fit.
Water is a global thing…if "The people" own the water and not the landowner then equally NO singular government can own it either…they are then effectively "the farmer" to the rest of the worlds governments…as such they have no "right" to tell someone what they can do with the water…as they themselves don't have any ownership of the water…if no singular farmer has a right to use the resources on his land as he sees fit, then it follows no singular government can either…
Lets say there was a lake in Canada and it was fed from a river in USA…USA dams up the river and the lake in Canada dries up. Canada complains that USA is stealing their water, USA says fuckoff its our water…same thing as the farmer telling his downstream neighbor to fuck off.

DSi had significant protections and wasn't actually firmware hacked for years but compatible flash carts released pretty close to immediately.
The original DS had no protection on the GBA port, DSlite had it. Totally different methods to hack them, also more than one way on an original, I think you can even do it through the wifi.

I'll admit i'm not an expert on DS hacking and I wasn't aware the carts are universal, also I think we are mixing up cartridge like the little DS chip cart flash carts vs a GBA cart, which are not universal and you can actually brick a DSlite with the GBA hack carts which is why I consider the original DS more hackable since you basically can't brick it

It's a newer model so the firmware has actual protections unlike the original. Sorry not sorry if you never tried to hack a DS, these are very simple widely known and accepted facts among homebrew enthusiests
The DS lite is also pretty easy to hack but the original DS essentially has no protections at all

Buying / selling drugs isn't "illegal" if you ACT like a criminal and believe you are one, the police can tell. If you are innocent of heart and just in a tough spot, they can see that too. At the end of the day they are just people that want to protect their community
