Hobbyist drone flyers are also highly capable of rigging up explosives to their drones. As has been seen in lots of recent asymmetrical warfare. There's lots of mechanic shops, factories etc. which could easily be setup to produce lots of weaponry and explosives. The amount of custom gun shops alone in the US is astounding. -
