Yep. Also a lot of cops are getting sick. Few weeks ago 8% of NY cops tested positive. It's probably much higher now.
Also now in my state you HAVE to wear a mask so you will blend in totally just having a blue mask.

Plus certain cities like Detroit and Baltimore are openly declaring that they will not be showing up for certain crimes unless they're in progress. Car got broken into? Cops won't show up.
