One of my small businesses has a physical component I certainly could not do if I had mobility issues. I'm not really one for making excuses and I can tell you aren't either but I do have issues with chronic pain and pain management. Pain is part of life that puts fire in your belly and prevents inertia. It has built my character a lot. I've been through a lot of pain in my life and am very proud of where I am and how far I've came. I used to deal with pain much less constructively, even if I wasn't medicating with drugs I would let it fester at my soul and dictate my perceptions on things. Now I'm in a much more peaceful headspace and I'm grateful for it but I sometimes worry about my pain level increasing later in life.
Certainly by the time I (if God wills it/inshallah) I live to be your age I will be in much more pain and will likely be less mobile than you are, but hopefully my life is organized in such a way where I have to do very little to make lots of money. That's the goal I'm working towards
