Pure delta-8 is completely clear. I got some 98% stuff and it had no color at all. 3chi's is like that. Unfortunately doesn't have CBN which I'm finding makes a big difference.
Those jars are a clear light yellow. I think it's 80% or something but has 9% CBN. I don't remember. It's pretty awesome.
Don't think you can get it in Canada though. It's only vaguely legal here because the 2018 farm bill did not address tetrahydrocannabinols and only mentioned delta-9-thc specifically.
FDA's definition encompasses all tetrahydrocannabinols and they have complete control over hemp, but they haven't caught on to this yet. It is technically banned in edibles as per the 2019 guidelines they released which banned any kind of hemp or cbd edibles. The industry has entirely ignored this and only a few dozen companies have gotten so much as a warning. -
