No that's not true at all. It's PG and VG that causes oil buildup in the lungs that can lead to infection. And the cyanide and vitamin e are due to flavorings, not maliciously put in there or something. All of this applies to nicotine vapes as well. Inhaling anything isn't good.
That said, only 6 deaths. 380 cases of lung disease.

I have a friend who has more money than he knows what to do with (in real life) so he spends it on GTA and therefore has all the cool jets and cars and stuff.
Really satisfying when somebody fucks with me because I can have a level 300 come carpet bomb them. He's also in a clan because he's obsessed with the game and there have been times where our justice was a bit heavy handed. -

Previously it only allowed protection for 'whistleblowers' who had/released direct evidence of wrongdoing; the change now allows for hearsay and second-hand information.
The fact that the change made this complaint explicitly possible indicates either an unlikely coincidence, the complaint being highly opportunistic or this whole thing being preplanned at a higher level.
