Water alone can do it, but the exercise loosens thc and more importantly the metabolites of it that they test for. It's crucial to not exercise a day or two before the test with this method though. -

Already had it, they do free testing in my city.(it's a very large military city) It did basically nothing other than dry cough and fatigue for a couple days.
