I doubt they still have them. But yeah, heat makes the hash softer and therefore more sticky so that when you press it (higher pressure is better than lower pressure) it becomes very dense and that gives it that dark chocolate color. This is good for smuggling, but incidentally produces a hash that tastes better and smokes better than kief that isn't pressed well or with sufficient pressure.

“The objects of this measure,” wrote Dr. Hooton, “include reduction of the birthrate of ‘pure’ Germans, neutralization of German ‘aggressiveness’ by outbreeding and denationalization of indoctrinated individuals.”
This scheme, Hooton estimated, would require at least 20 years to be implemented. “During this period, it would encourage the immigration and settlement in Germany of non-German nationals, especially males,” he wrote.
In practice a much more horrific version of the Hooton Plan was jump started with a genocide. I've been seeing this shit first-hand. They have been trying to get us to breed with non-German or non-Aryan women etc for a long time. They've tried to play match maker with us for a long time. In my city, there's been a very old eugenics program that has been in place (likely) before world war 2 and the main Army base here is often referred to as the "mother in law" of the Army, because they do exactly that, play match maker and arrange marriages, although most of the cucks in these marriages have no idea their wife or husband has been chosen for them beforehand. It's been very successful for them in a lot of ways. They take people who have the traits they're looking for, and muddy up their genetic code through out-breeding, even if we're already mixed to begin with. It's not entirely about erasing German traits, but of allowing them to be controlled and utilized by the US military/government. Some people that manifest traits which are too "pure" are considered extremely dangerous, because they're too intelligent and their anger is directed intelligently rather than misdirected by the government. People that cannot be controlled quite as easily as most humans. -

It would possibly have some other useful effects too. Controlling the inertia may allow the bullet to also travel further and with less powder needed.
EDIT: might also be one way to silence the round since the plasma channel may prevent a sonic crack of a hyper sonic round.
