1. That's literally the opposite of true, you don't raise your debt limit you cannot service your debt.
2. We raise the debt ceiling all the time, specifically because it is balanced against our ability to service it as we grow.
Debt isn't just jedi magic, the point is that if you get money at 2% and return 5%, that extra 3% is basically why you are borrowing.the stimulus package that was handed out 10 years ago has yet to be paid.

in other words whether you pay or not pay taxes wont make a difference. your still gonna get the services you are bound to get, and not get what you arent bound to get.
US is granted credit at retardedly cheap rates because we are 25% of the global GDP, we are only given this money because we are balancing it against the growth of the US economy. Who pays back the debts as they keep rolling? Who positively balances the budget every year? The taxpayer. The debt will be paid by the taxpayer every single time..
