A new tariff of 15% will be added to the cost of more than 40% of all consumer products imported from China on Sept. 1. At that point, there will be new Trump tariffs on virtually everything imported from China.
Trump has already imposed 25% tariffs on about $250 billion worth of Chinese imports, but those are mostly component products consumers never see. Those tariffs have led to some price increases, with some importers also taking a hit through lower profits. In some cases, Chinese suppliers have lowered their own prices to offset the tariff. Importers have also begun seeking new suppliers outside China, to avoid the tax.
A $1,000 annual tax on the typical US household
JPMorgan Chase estimates the tariffs already in place and scheduled to go into effect will cost the typical American household more than $1,000 per year.
Yeah Trump's taxes are insane. As a small businesses owner and someone who has been involved in small American business since i was a kid, Trump is fucking awful. His import taxes especially are 1840's level bad. -

Like I said I've never seen anyone actually do this. Its usually much sneakier to get things delivered to your home than to try and get away with a felony stealing othet people's mail. Sure you can go to an abandoned house but the mailmen know nigga. The US photographs every single piece of mail that tuns through its postal system. They knew who lives where.
At least if its delivered to your home you have plausible deniability. -

I have never heard of anyone doing that. From what I hear people usually have stuff mailed to a hotel or to a friend's house. But I know DietPiano doesn't have any friends and he's too methed out to trust a hotel. -

I remember this documentary once about these US soldiers that raped and murdered a 14 year old girl in Iraq and killed her whole family. Their defense was that they had bipolar and "stopped seeing the Iraqi people as human" and started seeing them as animals. I stopped seeing US government personnel as human a long time ago and their women and children are not off limits either. Basically I do have free health insurance but coverage is shit. Just did a root canal out of pocket out of necessity and now I'm going to have to beg for the money back. Which I'm sure will be exactly as painful as the actual tooth itself was.
