So much of the problems in the world are the result of a one size fits all approach.
13 is too young imo. At that age their brains are still developing. It can cause permanent damage and condition them to the reward of drugs. Especially if not done responsibly, or in a bad crowd. -

The only time i saw actual shadow people i thought they had taken the skin of my family in a plot to kill me, so I took out a flashlight and started shining it in random corners of my house trying to 'fight them'. It took like a month to get back to normal. -
