I will say outside of the Tenderloins in San Francsico (Which is literal shit art on side-walks and walls) is fairly clean. the streets are pretty clean.

they hire "street ambassadors" to walk around with broom and hand shovels to clean up. But the crime went from petty to violent over the years. Seems like we traded of with NYC as "America's nicest city" to becoming more like Chicago. meanwhile Oakland is getting a little nicer.

Also The Oracle Arena is history. or at least for the Warriors. They're moving across the bay to San Francisco's brand new Chase Arena. Traffic in crossover season with the giants games are going to be an effen nightmare. plus there is the new hospital across the street. Probably more "Having a baby on rout" will happen (or their own car)

This isn't it but it's pretty nice. 159 a night (next week) if you went to NYC and 179 a night in San Francisco.. I think they have them all over

Stop going to a Hotel and book an AirBnB for half the cost.

Also, you're less likely to show up and have them say "oh, sorry. we overbooked and won't have a room for you for a day or more"

with AirBnB you reciprocate conversation with the owner who will make sure your key is available for the date you chose. if they crap out on you, they get a serious demerrit which they want to be a super-host

Yet, I found a really bad ass hotel room near Trump's tower in NYC (Around Billionairs Row) that was only 120 a night.. normally 400 and I'v read on certain nights goes for closer to 900

good looking hotel. a little bit weird of an area at night but walking distance to Times Sq.

Let me see if I can find it. not sure why it was so low last week. But I decided to fuck off NYC's trip for now. Don't want to be eaten alive by the Raptisoreass
