   Technically speaking you don't need a residence, you just need to tell them the address that is listed on your ID so when you go to cash your check at the bank it was issued from everything matches up. Depending on your area Wal-Mart will cash your check for a fee without caring what your ID says as far as address goes, but some managers can require it.

    What would be the criteria though? How many votes would equal a ban? Each voted ban should hold more time, like at first 3, then 6, then 12 et cetera, so if they keep coming back being fags we could essentially permban them.

    The thing is though, say you need $8000 worth of shit done. Insurance will still cover everything over the deductible, you'd just owe that $3000.

    I should mention that this guy has mentioned before that he has autism and I genuinely think he has some kind of mental illness. He seems to have bipolar disorder, but possibly also some post-traumatic stress disorder due to how often he refers to the pain and abuse in his past.

    
    He kind of sounds like the kind of guy who either didn't pay rent and was shocked when he got booted, or completely mooched off of whoever he was staying with and got offended when they finally had enough.
