To be fair the manufacturers are probably selling it for significantly more and making the government subsidize the cost to the end user, that's usually how these 'programs' work.
That said it's hard to seriously engage with someone who directly equates personal drug (over)use with murder -

Sadly they're going to discontinue them, I had the ranch one earlier today.
You really shouldn’t waste your hard earned panhandling wages on junk food. Instead why don’t you get yourself a nice set of clothes and go out and do some job interviews 🙂 -

2020-01-18 at 6:25 PM UTC in Multicultural nazisYou're over simplifying it.
Cannabis in Europe back then would've been sold as a tincture, not as a flower for smoking.
Also the Nazis never banned smoking. German soldiers were still rationed cigarettes throughout the war.
There's really no reason anyone back then would ever want to make a habit out of weed. They were too busy focused on other things like fighting a war and building shit.As one historian wrote, “At Stalin’s personal order, 28 million men were given one glass of vodka a day for the next 4 years.” That amounted to over a billion liters of vodka annually, and the rationale behind such a massive expenditure of resources deserves its own study. At a time when other nations were limiting their alcohol production to support the war effort, vodka was a major factor of the Soviet war effort.
No wonder the Nazis lost the war. They weren't drunk enough.

While I don't doubt a soldier caught drunk could receive the death penalty, I have no reason to believe that was a common scenario. As you can see in the article above here, the Germans would order huge amounts of champagne before any offensive. -

Pretty cool. You have to be registered as someone with an opioid problem and evidently have your biometrics put into some system so you can actually buy the shit. Apparently they already have some public works that give you hydromorphone to inject. If I lived in Vancouver and was addicted to opiates, I'd definitely be taking advantage of their programs. 30-40% drop in deaths due to opioids from 2018 to 2019. That is pretty insane.

1. Have lived in Russia for at least 25 years
2. NOT hold dual citizenship with any other country.
Seems like common sense to me but a certain group of people are already apoplectic -

Maybe Spectral has secret info about how things are at the edge.
Yes, Noether's theorem establishes conservation laws in our universe that mean that if it is in any way causally in the same realm of existence as us, the laws remain the same. Otherwise you have all sorts of energy conservation violations.
Secondly we can observe the spectra of light from stellar objects near the edge of the observable universe, which were formed near the beginning of the universe, and the laws work just the same as they do for nearby objects.
Edit: also the CMB is literally the "big bang backboard", the darkness is essentially the furthest, most redshifted part of the universe from the dawn of time. Guess what laws this radiation from all the way over there obeys? -

2020-01-17 at 7:18 PM UTC in Meth cured my depressionI dropped out of school when I was 16 years old because of anxiety and depression. I was self harming, binge drinking and got into drugs. When I had a job making lots of money I was still depressed and I didn't know why, I also didn't know I had anxiety. I had no idea what was wrong with me or why I had panic attacks non stop.
Cannabis manages the symptoms of anxiety and depression pretty well but doesn't really get rid of the root causes. It wasn't until I started abusing amphetamines that I felt like a curtain of darkness was lifted over me and I began to start appreciating life, accepting that I had some psychological issues and working on them, and actually caring about my life and the world around me.
I used to aspire to be a criminal and manufacture large amounts of drugs and shoot ethnic people but now I am a completely different person. A lot of it is through meditation and radically changing my life in every way but the only reason that happened in the first place is because of how I started seeing things on amphetamines. It feels like a spiritual awakening to me even though I know it's mostly drug induced but I still feel this way even though I don't actively abuse amphetamines that often and don't even have much of a desire to do them anymore.
I owe a lot of the healing I experienced to illegal psychotropic drugs, fasting, sleep deprivation and meditation.
