Sending a bunch of people who illegally entered the country to a containment facility is not wrong at all.
It's perfectly rational and to be expected to defend your country and the fact that I have to even say that is crazy.
The fact that someone like me even cares and that I'm apparently in the minority with this opinion (at least that's what the media would have me believe) is absurd.

-Nobody is saying we should let illegal immigrants run free. Nobody, not anyone, not a single person who matters, and not anybody here. Politicians on the left who express such an opinion of widespread clemency are promptly laughed at. Nobody wants open borders, and that would absolutely not be a communist thing anyway??? You can't just throw around terms like communism every time you want to offend people. It has to actually BE communistic. You just sound like an idiot saying things you don't understand.

It is the conditions of these camps that are deplorable, inhuman, and un-American. I've already addressed why in an earlier post. If you can't accept this you are a fucking idiot. Even Trump accepts this (even though he initially defended the inhumane treatment in these camps) and that's why he signed the massively bipartisan bill that granted emergency funding to these centers, in order to make conditions better. It's why there is currently a bipartisan effort to increase funding to these places, so that we DONT hold people in inhumane conditions. ive been taking antidepressants, especially remeron and zoloft, on and off since 14 and the periods where ive been off any meds at all i wanted to kill myself all of the time. i dont know if thats because the drug is actually working or because ive messed up my brain to be dependent on it. the ssris never made me happy, just more lazy and flat, and only blocked my intrusive thoughts from ocd even on the highest dose (250mg)
i convinced my doctor to put me on clomipramine which is a tricyclic and the most effective treatment for ocd, because i got sick of not being able to shower without it taking 2 hours and having panic. and now i do these things without a second thought like a normal person. its also been making me try to make friends and be social. it makes me think TCAs are genuinely WAY more effective than SSRIs but the side effects make them not as popular. every time i lower my zoloft dose and raise my clomi dose i feel completely lobotomized for about 2 weeks and lay in the dark contentedly staring at walls before starting to become me again. TCAs are the real deal for treating mental illness but they will also fuck you up somewhat while getting adjusted to them.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

I am planning to build a house out of skids/pallets since I seen some people who've done it before. I'm also considering other ideas. I may dig down and possibly make a sandbag house with a "basement" type thing, with a loft or something. I have a few people who can help me dig the trench for the barrel. It's also situated on a steep hill, so it'll run off perfectly.
I also am getting some solar panels and batteries. I just want to be able to charge my phone/laptop, use some LED lights, and run a small fan/maybe in the winter a small space heater, although heat could be generated through other means, if it won't support that.
Anyone done something similar? Any ideas I could add to or modify? Any thoughts? I'd love some input to this project.
I have seen your craftsmanship in that dilapidated FL trailer you and your father "fixed up". You don't have the skills for this, and even if you did it would get torn down the minute police or another homeless person decides to fuck with you. Or, you know, a slight gust of wind.
You should get a netted hammock and a tarp instead. It will protect you from the bugs and rain while still being portable enough for you to hobble around. Or just buy a fucking tent like a normal homeless person. I mean, it's neat and all that you want to play house but let's get real here. Fucking solar panels? All you need is a solar powered charger. Stop spending money on dope and stupid shit like pallets and LED lights and start getting your shit together. Don't 'dig in' and plan for the winter, my fucking god. You should be trying to get out of your situation by winter. Have you just completely given up on life and trying to care for your son?
I'm usually pretty happy when I read posts about how fucked up your life has gotten, but this is really depressing. No human, not even you, should be living like this. This shack is just going to fall apart and possibly hurt you even more in the process.
