A Tuesday with some chores to go. It's a four day work week for me. Then it's off out of state again. I'm still debating on the economy. Should I buy metals or cryptos. Should I slow down on my activities.

I haven't drank in like 5 weeks and smoked weed in about 3 months. Not to hard. I try to put myself in situations where there is a lot of alcohol being served. Just to mentally push myself.

I eat three meals a day except for a yogurt and serving of POM juice that I have after my morning run.
I eat a lot of vegetables and a little fruit. Lean sources of protein mainly not from animal meat. Whole grains and oats.

The people that don't take care of themselves are the one's that feel old and worry about it. It's a shit cycle for them.
I'm mid 30's and feel great. I can jump, climb, run, mountain bike, hike, just like when I was younger. I can tell that shit foods stick around my fat longer but the trick is to not eat them as much.
Its a sure waste to waste your body. Wasting it will surely lead to a lower quality shorter life with a bunch of restrictions and problems.

I don't feel "fulfilled"
I got off the drugs, became healthy, excise a lot, commit a lot of crimes, blow the money on good living, and here I am years later, feeling great.
