I don't get enough sunlight..the problem with Texas is if you are in the sun for more than 10 mins at a time you either burn or get skin cancer.
My female Asian doctor said the Vit D is good for boosting testosterone...I told her it didn't need boosting...she said "It does"...as she put her panties back on.
Can't remember what she said the Omega 3 was for...it sounded good at the time though.
ETA: apparently on the blood test your Vit D should be above 40...mine was 23. The capsules I'm on deliver 50,000 (somethings) per capsule. The over the counter ones are like 5,000. She said one of her patients begged her to leave him on them because he felt like a new man, full of energy etc...she said "Do you feel better on them?"
