I would imagine a maser would be the most precise way to do this. Hmm.

Electricity companies have been bundling radio frequency on the same line as electrical current to monitor the performance of their own power grids for years. More recently there have been attempts to implement access BPL, or the provision of internet services to customers via the grid. The prospect of BPL was predicted in 2004 to possibly motivate DSL and cable operators to more quickly serve rural communities."

    That's interesting.

    Blood pathetic.

Or their girlfriend is a fat warthog and they think that even her daughter looks better. Basically just a variation on what you said. There is evidence it has something to do with brain damage, though. There's been quite a few pedophiles in the news that were good looking and seemingly successful, but wanted to fuck kids anyways.

I'd thought about that abbreviation before. Sounds like "Robin" , or a combination of wabbit and robin. The answer to your question is one that I cannot answer directly with unsecured means of communication. That would include most communications systems. You can never be too careful with important information.

However, if you felt like searching through all my boring ass posts, you would find the answer to your question, and if you or anyone else correctly guesses, I will not deny it is the correct answer to the question. It has very little to do with Spectral or this site, though.

    https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-01-22/europe-threatened-nationalism-france-germany-reaffirm-eu-army-plans-updated-treaty

French President Emmanuel Macron's push for what he previously called "a real European army" got a big boost on Tuesday amid France and Germany signing an updated historic treaty reaffirming their close ties and commitment to support each other during a ceremony in the city of Aachen, a border town connected to Charlemagne and the Holy Roman Empire. But the timing for the renewal of the two countries' 1963 post-war reconciliation accord is what's most interesting, given both the rise of eurosceptic nationalism, the uncertainty of Brexit, and just as massive 'Yellow Vests' protests rage across France for a tenth week.

Macron addressed this trend specifically at the signing ceremony with the words, "At a time when Europe is threatened by nationalism, which is growing from within… Germany and France must assume their responsibility and show the way forward

“Populism and nationalism are strengthening in all of our countries,” Merkel EU officials at the ceremony. “Seventy-four years – a single human lifetime – after the end of the second world war, what seems self-evident is being called into question once more.”

Macron said those “who forget the value of Franco-German reconciliation are making themselves accomplices of the crimes of the past. Those who… spread lies are hurting the same people they are pretending to defend, by seeking to repeat history.”

And in remarks that formed another affirmation that the two leaders are seeking to form an "EU army" Merkel said just before signing the treaty: “The fourth article of the treaty says we, Germany and France, are obliged to support and help each other, including through military force, in case of an attack on our sovereignty.”

The text of the updated treaty includes the aim of a “German-French economic area with common rules” and a “common military culture” that Merkel asserted could “contribute to the creation of a European army”.

Later before a press pool, Merkel endorsed the idea of a joint European army further:

We have taken major steps in the field of military cooperation, this is good and largely supported in this house. But I also have to say, seeing the developments of the recent years, that we have to work on a vision to establish a real European army one day.

    Europe is so fucked lol

No biology majors in this thread yet.
How do I become a geneticist?
If you are interested in becoming a geneticist, regardless of your eventual career path, you should start by taking plenty of math and science courses in high school, especially biology and chemistry. In college, biology, chemistry, and biochemistry are popular majors for those interested in genetics careers. Larger institutions may offer more specialized majors such as genetics or molecular biology. Again, you will need to take plenty of math and science classes, and do well in these classes. With your undergraduate science degree, many paths in genetics are open to you!

I found a bunch of burgers and KFC and other stuff, that was closed up, probably not too contaminated, wrapped it in foil, and cooked it on hot coals.

I was still pissing fire for about a day afterwards, but it would've been much worse had I not eaten something other than that mushroom.

Sure. Try something like ProxyHam if you insist on a similar means of communication. Visible Light Communication will hopefully make enough advances within the near future.

The feat made headlines around the world: “Scientists Say Human Genome is Complete,” the New York Times announced in 2003. “The Human Genome,” the journals Science and Nature said in identical ta-dah cover lines unveiling the historic achievement.

    There was one little problem.

“As a matter of truth in advertising, the ‘finished’ sequence isn’t finished,” said Eric Lander, who led the lab at the Whitehead Institute that deciphered more of the genome for the government-funded Human Genome Project than any other. “I always say ‘finished’ is a term of art.”

“It’s very fair to say the human genome was never fully sequenced,” Craig Venter, another genomics luminary, told STAT.

“The human genome has not been completely sequenced and neither has any other mammalian genome as far as I’m aware,” said Harvard Medical School bioengineer George Church, who made key early advances in sequencing technology.

What insiders know, however, is not well-understood by the rest of us, who take for granted that each A, T, C, and G that makes up the DNA of all 23 pairs of human chromosomes has been completely worked out. When scientists finished the first draft of the human genome, in 2001, and again when they had the final version in 2003, no one lied, exactly. FAQs from the National Institutes of Health refer to the sequence’s “essential completion,” and to the question, “Is the human genome completely sequenced?” they answer, “Yes,” with the caveat — that it’s “as complete as it can be” given available technology.

Perhaps nobody paid much attention because the missing sequences didn’t seem to matter. But now it appears they may play a role in conditions such as cancer and autism.

“A lot of people in the 1980s and 1990s [when the Human Genome Project was getting started] thought of these regions as nonfunctional,” said Karen Miga, a molecular biologist at the University of California, Santa Cruz. “But that’s no longer the case.” Some of them, called satellite regions, misbehave in some forms of cancer, she said, “so something is going on in these regions that’s important.”

As of 2017 there were no complete genomes for any mammals, including humans. Between 4% to 9% of the human genome, mostly satellite DNA, had not been sequenced.[8]

Yeah but, civilization and the military industrial complex are two different things. Those nuclear bomb resistant bunkers and actually whole cities hidden underground will remain, and the researchers down there, doing the best, most advanced research, will continue researching. What we're told about in the mainstream is light-years behind what the military industrial complex has in terms of technological sophistication. Civilization can collapse, they may even want it to, but it won't affect them. That's why the NSA allowed 9/11 to happen. If you aren't chosen, you don't matter.
