There's a few things I've realized that the government absolutely can't stand. This mexican guy I know told me a long time ago, if you feel you're being watched, one of the best things you can do is masturbate as much as possible.
But taking it to another level:
1) public masturbation. Masturbate in public restrooms. Technically, by law they can't invade your privacy by going into the stall. You'd wonder if there's a hidden camera, sometimes there is. Sometimes it's just something like RF Capture http://rfcapture.csail.mit.edu/
That avoids certain privacy laws, so they can effectively monitor you through walls without a camera. Try it out, jack off in public restrooms, you may notice you're being watched. Someone may bang on the door after you've been in there only a few seconds, claiming you were in there for 10 minutes or more.
The important thing is to start masturbating as soon as you get into the bathroom. That way, if they try to pull that crap about you having been in there too long, you'll know it's simply because they were spying on you. If you have to, act suspicious, portray yourself as a potential terrorist, in order to waste their time and get them to follow you around with radars and hidden cameras.
If you want to take it a step further, you can get yourself on the radar by jacking off to CHILD PORN or simply downloading it and planting it on people, or just download it. Best not to use a hard drive if you're going to do this, load your operating system (like a small linux distro) into RAM and without a hard drive, it'll be much more difficult to get any evidence off the computer, so you can load it onto a small flash drive, connected to an incindiary device if you plan on framing people (FBI agents and people that work for the DNC)
This will certainly get their attention, and all you have to do is pull it out of the incindiary device when you're ready to plant it on someone, then drop it off.
2) Supporting fringe groups pisses off the government and can also effectively waste their time. They're trying to make it illegal for any specific race to be self-determined. Rush's own apartment was raided in December 1969, where police discovered an unregistered pistol, rifle, shotgun, pistol ammunition, training manuals on explosives, booby traps, an assortment of communist literature, and a small amount of marijuana. Rush was imprisoned for six months in 1972 on a weapons charge, after carrying a pistol into a police station.
Rush was the only one to oppose Text of House Res. 41, "Rejecting White nationalism and White supremacy"
Problem with that resolution is, the way it's defined, it makes anyone who believes the white race may be targeted for extermination an enemy of the state. But if you do this stuff and become targeted, as a "TI" you can post youtube videos and setup a go fund me, and if you're really good at being a TI, people may actually send you some money, which you can then donate to the black panthers or a white nationalist group. Or the black hebrews. Basically any group that the FBI has to spy on regularly.
3) you can spray paint, or possibly less illegal, racist or otherwise offensive messages on walls of buildings owned or operated by large corporations, or even government buildings. If you want it to be less illegal, you can always use mud or water colors, so it's not permanent. There's also moss graffiti.
If you want to be a nuisance for corporate or government buildings, you can (preferably wearing a disguise) go into the bathroom, and throw anchovies into the ventilation system, or if the ceiling is one with those lightweight panels that simply lift up, throw fish into those. It'll eventually rot and start stinking really bad, attracting a shit-ton of flies.

But all you need is a basic understanding of FX makeup using alginate, plaster, etc. Pouring beer into ventilation systems will also attract roaches and other vermin. Another thing you can do, is take a bunch of salt, and pour it out on a golf course so that it spells out offensive political messages, and the grass where the salt is will die.
Keep in mind all of these people you'll be targeting are just like the gimp from pulp fiction that started screaming when Bruce Willis was trying to escape. They all love getting fucked in the ass and being a slave. So don't feel bad about it.

I'm by no means a network security expert, or a hacker (of any color'd hat, really), but when I think of the term "tor", I think temporary proxy.
you'll typically set up a webserver, but instead of accepting connections from the internet you'll accept connections from the tor service. it's free and easy to set up a .onion domain because they're assigned cryptographically, not via a central registry like DNS.
