I hated the house, but fell madly in love with the property. I had everything I wanted to have done, estimated out .. the grand total was well over 65k including the high end materials, furnishings etc.
My partner and I did the whole job (almost) our selves for under 25k including furnishings.
A lot of money was saved because I paid pennies on the dollar for materials I bought/won at bidfta.com
