I mean yes, getting banned from an internet forum for breaking the rules is one of many ways in which deviancy is punished. I'd like to think we both have the perspective to realize internet forum politics weren't really the arena I was addressing.

Nobody broke any rules, dummkopf. Both bans were unjustified and you know it. The truth is, you just can't take it. As for the arena, I'm sure that's very convenient for you.

Alcohol is very easy to get addicted to lanny, well for some people anyways. Theres a genetic predisposition to it and certain psychosocial elements.
I've cut back a lot recently

I definitely like alcohol, but theres a dark side to it that I hate so much.

and by the way pc, even if I had tons of money, I would never be your milton, you skank

That's a lie, but I point again to the fact that I was talking about something bigger (miraculously) than your ego on internet forums.

Drinking alcohol is fine. It's the addiction to it, as with anything, which demonstrates the weakness.

Yes, pat definitely had a problem and while I miss him very much, It was the right thing to leave him.

Bill Krozby is right, I've seen a picture of you. And you could definitely stand to lose a few pounds or get a trendy heroin addiction. How old are you by the way?

Ho, you saw a picture of me years ago, you don't know me!

But yeah, I'm an alcoholic with a desk job and whose hobbies all include sitting still for long periods of time, yall expecting adonis? Why don't you post a picture and we can all marvel at the sculpted nature of your figure.

I always pictured you as being pretty skinny. Alcohol's making me put on weight, I try to counter it by not eating much but it doesn't seem to help.

Hey, I've already turned you onto hard drugs, how about giving selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs) a try? They're far safer than conventional anabolic-androgenic steroids, although, and this shouldn't be hard to believe, the risks have been massively overblown (A proper cycle, which is simple to adhere to, has no significant risk if you lack relevant health conditions). Testosterone is one of the key elements to male well being. I used to rant about this a fair amount in an old TRT. Not only that, but it can have one of the most powerful positive effects on cognition for many. There's a very good chance you have sub-optimal effective T levels. Take a look at this: https://www.reddit.com/r/Nootropics/comments/2usmux/why_testosterone_is_the_drug_of_the_future/?st=iuobqdfl&sh=2c90ac21

For example, the product I recommend has actually been found to protect the prostate from the effects of testosterone and have neuroprotective effects.

By simply taking a very affordable powder at 10-20mg a day you could see all around results in health, physical appearance, and cognition with no real change in routine required (Although it could well increase your motivation to do so if you're a responder). Relatively rapid noticeable results: http://www.nyles7.com/product-page/07a0b24f-36d0-57a5-f093-e3f1a864d85f

Duuude, Lanny is way geekier than I am. He can probably attest to this. Lord knows what he's like IRL, but I imagine if he weren't so self-conscious and insecure it would be amplified manyfold. His parents probably would have beaten him for it, that's the level of kami-nerd he could attain.

That was like, a year ago. Was I fat then? I don't think so. I don't know why I never go on tc anymore, just not in the mood most days I guess.

I don't weigh myself often since it is what it is. There's a scale at work which reports I'm 166.
