I might feel pretty shitty at times, but suicide is completely off the table. That shit is for lazy pussies who are unwilling to make the changes necessary to make them happy. There's a way bigger picture going on here than just number of deaths. The propaganda becomes the reason for it. The prohibitionists claim that its simply black and white, x amount of deaths equals drugs are bad mkay. When the fact of the matter is that its prohibition itself that is the major cause of each overdose. When people are being sold fent as heroin in an unregulated market then you are going to see massive amounts of overdoses. People using fent knowing its fent can dosage accordingly and overdoses would then be rare. Its the same problem with unregulated heroin causing overdoses because nobody knows the exact purity therefore making it impossible to dose. Heroin users know more about dosaging than most health professionals, yet without knowing the purity or exact content that's of little benefit.
Of course I wouldn't know about this as I'm just a 25 year heroin user who doesn't think for himself.

The CDC is widely considered to be a credible source, because like I said they don't actually collect the information themselves. It is collected by independent federal and state agencies.
