   I'm a bit of a bully on the roads. Usually I get honked at because Americans arent used to driving as experienced as I am. The only thing that matters is that they have a lot of middle ground though I guess. Don't believe everything you hear.

   There are definitely multiple places like this, but I think Somalia is the most run down. It's government is mostly nonfunctional and ineffective. Usually there are only certain parts where a government loses power.
   
   Somalia recently handed over fishing rights to China, which is insane. Officials getting rich by allowing foreigners to come and rape their lands. Shit like this is why Africa is so poor to begin with. Africans selling each other out for short term profit and getting abused by other nations in the process.
